As a happy customer, I would like to commend Ms. Jane Hou for her outstanding service in our recent real estate transactions.  Through Jane, we bought our house on Goldfish Way in August and with her help we sold our house on Corte De Verdad in October.

For both transactions, Jane exhibited the utmost efficiency and professionalism, as well as friendliness and human touch in her dealings with customers.  She is never over-aggressive and pushy; her low-key approach is a breath of fresh air to the sale-pitch wary customers like us.  At the same time, she also moves fast; once she is committed to a project, she throws herself into it with great gusto and determination.  Her ability to make swift and judicious judgment is a key to her success.  Jane is also very flexible, willing to make personal sacrifices in order to reach a larger goal.  Jane is accessible both personally as well as in communication with her customers.  She is practically available 24/7!

Last but now least, Janes service does not stop at the close of a transaction.  She keeps in close touch with former clients.  Through the two transactions, we have become friends, which cant be said of all real estate agents.  Jane is not the first agent we have used, but she is the first real estate agent we consider as a friend.

We just sold our townhouse (9368 Babauta Rd #94, San Diego, CA 92129) several days ago with help from Ms. Jane Hou. We were extremely happy with the process. We had to sell the house because my wife, Jingyan, moved from San Diego to San Jose.

When we interviewed Ms. Hou, we were impressed with her knowledge, experience, and helpful working attitude. For a greater part of the selling process, we were unable to be in San Diego. However, Ms. Hous tremendous assistance made everything work out smoothly. She helped to find a good contractor to remodel our town home, and she handled almost all the daily issues and transactions.
